For my two baby brothers, Kellen Kristian and Jack David Miller.

Up in the mountains, with their mom and their dad, lived two little boys...

And what fun they had!

They loved jumping around, playing tag, running free...

They loved playing soccer, playing catch, and climbing trees!

They loved Star Wars and legos, and Harry Potter too.

Then one day they wondered... what do girls like to do?

They thought of their mommy, she liked the same kinds of fun...

but what about other girls?

Maybe mommy was the only one.

Are girls good at sports?

Do they do what boys do?

The boys asked their dad. They figured he knew!

"Daddy," they asked, "are girls different from boys?

Do they like different games? Do they have different toys?

Do most girls like things that just aren't as good? Do WE like the things that all little boys should?

Do all girls like pink, and all boys like blue? What if you like both colors, what happens to you?

Their dad pulled them close and said, "Listen to me... anyone can be what they want to be!

Girls can like Star Wars and girls can like blue... and girls can like princesses and wearing pink too!

Girly things are not bad, my sweet little boys."

There is nothing wrong with wanting 'girl' toys!"
