Hello, I'm Tom and I'll be narrating this book, also just so you know I am from the Cringe System. 

Science fiction is something that could happen in the near or distant future. For example, nanobots because people are already making these in laboratories.

WHAT IS SCI-FI?

Science fiction essentially takes something real and puts a twist on it. It can also can serve as a warning.

For example the movie "Alien vs. Predator", they successfully traveled in space but, we can travel in space but we never know what we may find!

There is such a thing as an over belief in science fiction for example in 1999 people thought that that the world would end. When it turned 2000 they stocked up on food and withdrew money from banks, but in the end nothing happened.

There is something called a utopia which is a "perfect" society. Usually they claim to be good but they are usually a "Dystopia" which means that society has bean broken down and corrupted.
