This book was written for the kids who suffered from Canada's biggest mistake. RESIDENTIAL SCHOOLS.

PROLOGUE
(How the indegnous residential school experience was changed.)

Wow! I'm touched.

Canada is sorry about what was done to you, indigenous people, for what was done to get rid of your fabulous culture and religion.
If only I could do something...

Mom didn't I have a time machine.
Yes, Ahmet

Okay. Let's change the residential school to a better experience for all the indigenous kids. Then I could see Chanie!!
This is the year 1869. One year before the first residential school opens. Ahmet talks to Alexander Mackenzie to stop residential schools from opening and make a different way to teach Indigenous kids.

Your absolutely right future boy. We haven't thought about these consequences.
Secret Path
(with a positive experience.)
Bye Mom! See you this afternoon!

See you later!

Bye Mom!
Me and my sister leave home every day.
Between Monday and Friday at 8:30 and come back home at 3:30.
My mom says goodbye everyday.
She even sometimes picks me and my sister from school.
I tell her that she shouldn't get tired.
But she still comes everyday.

School should be right around the corner!
