I'D LIKE TO DEDICATE THIS BOOK TO ALL PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEVER MET THEIR BIOLOGICAL PARENTS. WHO WERE DRAFTED INTO A NEVER ENDING WAR. WHO FEEL AS IF THEY WERE OR ARE BEING TREATED LIKE SLAVES AND NOTHING BUT SLAVES.

Thea sat outside the orphanage with her brother Turbo. It was a time of war so there was no hope of getting adopted. Suddenly Turbo shouted, for all the world to hear, "There's a missile headed towards us!" Everything stood still, even time itself ,as the missile came into view. Everyone screamed including Mrs. Filbar, the teacher and head of the orphanage. The missile got closer and closer until... BAM!!!! It was gone. Nothing was left.

Thea sat up in a daze. She looked around the scattered remains of the orphanage. Her only home had been destroyed. Suddenly, she heard footsteps. She peeked around the rock she was hiding behind and saw, to her horror, a man. That's not what scared her though. It was what he was holding. There, in his hand, was the body of Turbo. Thea held back tears as the man threw the body onto the ground. She started to cry. When a lady ran past her and jumped off the ground. She came down with her leg out and kicked the man in the face. The man howled with pain. "It's about time you showed up Tremous."
