If you give Hitler an alliance, Germany will annex Austria. Germany threatened the Chancellor of Austria and when Germany marched in, Austria was happy and invited Hitler in.
Both Great Britian and France showed no signs of opposition when Hitler took control of Austria.










If you give Hitler Austria, he will demand Sudetenland. Sudetenland was in northern Czechoslovakia where many Germans lived, hence why he demanded it.
The Munich Conference was held by French, British, Italian, and German representatives. They gave Germany Sudetenland as long as he swore to not make any more demands.





If you give Hitler Sudetenland, he will take over the rest of Czechoslovakia. German troops marched in and invaded Bohemia and Moravia without force. Slovakia gave up willingly and became a puppet.
France and Britian began figuring out who was on their side and made negotiations with Stalin and the USSR.
