There once lived a gator named Albert in the swamp of Gainesville. One bright afternoon, Albert heard the sounds of a crowd cheering nearby. He decided to leave his home in the swamp and find the crowd of people.

Albert followed the sound until he found a stadium. The stadium was filled with chanting fans wearing orange and blue for the football team at the University of Florida! Everyone was having so much fun that Albert decided he wanted to play sports.

When Albert realized how many people were in the stadium, he became frightened about playing football. He wanted to try other sports instead. First, he headed off to the track.

Albert tried to keep up with the other runners, but his short legs made him too slow! “Maybe I can play volleyball,” he thought. He made his way to the sand volleyball courts.
