to keep them still while they twist their body in
a pretzel form and smile at the same time, and
watch them spin a couple of times while in a
basket. Try doing routines that have tumble
dance and stunts. Build your strength up until
you pass out and get back up to do it again.
Cry, bleed, and get bruises, then TELL ME
CHEER ISN'T A SPORT!"

The History About Cheer leading!
In the beginning all Cheerleaders were men!
As early as 1877, Princeton University was known
to have a "Princeton Cheer". This cheer was yelled
from the stands by students at games, the
baseball and football players. The cheer, "Hurray!
Hurray! Hurray! Tiger! S-s-s-t! Boom! A-h-h-h!"
remains in use today and is now referred to as the
"Locomotive".




TYPES OF CHEER!
School cheer: They are associated with a
school and the main focus is cheering for
other sports and raising school spirit.
All star cheer: cheerleaders who normally
work at a gym that teaches tumbling,
gymnastics and Cheer leading. their main
goal is to practice and compete.
Recreational:The recreation, type of cheering
that's associated with a community's
recreation department, church, or the YMCA.







In conclusion cheer-leading
has become a world wide
sport, more and more
people choose to do cheer.
