This morning Daddy woke up and was thinking, "Today is Father's Day!"  He went downstairs and looked around and no one was home! "Where could they be?" he wondered. He thought to himself, "maybe everyone forgot today is Father's Day".

Daddy looked in the refrigerator, but there was no food. He thought, "I need to go to the store and buy something to eat". But when he went outside, his car was gone. "Where is my car?" He felt sad. He had no food and no car and nobody remembered it was Father's Day, he thought to himself, so he walked to the store.  

And meanwhile, Mama, Carson, Amy and Gigi went to the party store and bought all kinds of fun party stuff to surprise Daddy at his party. Amy said, "Daddy will be very happy to see all of this!" Mama said, "yes, he will" and Gigi said, "look they have good coffee and good cups for Daddy!" Carson looked around and said, "Oh no I see Daddy outside the store and he is ready to come in". Mama said, "quick, hide!"

And Daddy walked into the Party Store, but Mama, Carson, Amy and Gigi sneaked out the door!  Amy said "whew, that was close! Maybe we can go back to the Party Store later". Mama, Carson and Gigi said, "that will be a good idea!". So they decided to go to the grocery store first and then come back to get Daddy's gifts later at the Party Store after Daddy leaves.

Daddy looked around the Party Store and said, "I thought I saw Mama, Gigi, Carson and Amy walk out the door." "Maybe it was just my imagination", he said to himself". Meanwhile Mama, Carson, Amy and Gigi went to the grocery store and bought lots of food and treats that are Daddy's favorites. Mama saw something that Daddy would really like.
