Mr Utterson was a very hardworking lawyer, and everybody in London respected him.
One day, in one of his walks
with his friend Enfield, they passed
in front of a very old door.
Enflield told Utterson:
"Do you know that a few days ago I saw a strange man hurting a little girl in that door?"

Utterson very worried for that, went to his office to investigate about that strange man, he found his name...EDWARD HYDE.
He found a will of his friend Henry Jekyll, it said: "I give everything I have to Edward Hyde when I die".
Mr Utterson went fast to talk to his friend Jekyll. Jekyll only told him not to worry about that man.
Utterson forgot that situation until some weeks later Hyde made another crime, he killed Mr Carew.
Utterson went to Jekyll's house to ask for an explanation. Jekyll gave him a letter of Mr Hyde telling he was going to disappear, and Utterson realized: It was written by Jekyll because it was his handwriting.
Utterson was worried, went again to Jekyll's house, then his servant Pool told him that Jekyll didn't want any visit in the rest of his life.
When a friend of Utterson and Jekyll died (Mr Lanyon), a letter arrived to Utterson's house. The letter indicated that Utterson couldn't read it until someone told him the opposite. Utterson accepted.

Utterson was relaxed at home. Pool called him very scared:
-Why are you so scared?
-Please come to Jekyll's house and you will see it.
Pool showed him that the sounds, voices, steps that came from the room weren't from Jekyll, the man who was inside was another man!
