Dedicated to: My Youth Group

is for ATL

ATL is when I first started to care about my community service more.
is for Being a leader

When I first joined because I was 16 and in the 10th grade they asked me if I wanted to become a youth leader and I gladly accepted. Every Saturday I have to step up and lead my example when the people needed me.
is for Community service

The kind of community service that I participated in was being a youth leader and helping out with selling pizza and candy behind the snack bar. I also helped with the logistics behind the whole gathering.
is for Diligence

Every time I work behind the snack bar I always made sure to be neat with the money box keeping big bills on the bottom and coins in there right spot. Just something as small as this made me take more pride in the bigger things I did and I apply them to different parts in my life.
is for Effort

It was not easy to be a Youth leader and I sometimes 100% wasn't enough causing me to have to give 110%
is for Fun and Fellowship

Often times we would get hamburgers and hotdogs and grill outside, while others roasted marshmallows over the bonfire and played around with the football.

is for Gatherings

During our gatherings we would get together read a few script on the topic for the week and pray with each other, sometimes as a leader I stepped up and helped pray for other people.
is for Hangout

Hangout fun part of youth group, after praise and worship and we received the message we would go into Hangout time, playing video games, eating pizza, and so many other fun activities.

is for Ice cold drinks

One of the items that I sold behind the snack bar.

is for Jolly good time.

I always look forward to each Saturday because I get to have a jolly good time.
is for Kit-Kats

One of the items that I sold behind the snack bar.

is for Licorice

One of the items that I sold behind the snack bar.

is for Money box

Along with working the snack bar I was also in charge of keeping the money in check. When people bought food it was my job to give them the correct change back and also keep the money box neat.

My youth group mainly consists of middle schoolers and they are generation right behind me. So every move I make, every action I do will always been seen by these younger kids, so I have to keep my self in check to teach them the morals in life I have learned.
is for Next generation

is for Open-mindedness

Often times with other leaders I would have to listen to other ideas even if I didn't like it sometimes. I also am not the only person running the snack bar and constantly have to communicate with my members in order to get food out quickly and efficiently, almost like a kitchen.
is for Praise and worship

Praise and worship was when we got together and sang songs after coming in.
