Nineveh

Once upon a time there was a man named Jonah who was a prophet, and told people about God. One day, God told Jonah to go to Nineveh and tell the people living there about God.
Nineveh
Tarshish

Jonah did not want to go to Nineveh so he brought a ticket for a ship that was traveling to Tarshish which is in the opposite direction.

While the ship Jonah was traveling on, sailed towards Tarshish, a terrible storm started and the sailors were afraid. They threw food and provisions overboard to lighten the ship.

Before the storm Jonah had fallen asleep below deck. The captain went to him and said, "How can you sleep? Get up and call on your God! Maybe he will save us."

Wake up!

To find out who had caused the storm, they cast lots (a dice game). They fell on Jonah and the other sailors asked who he was.

Jonah told them, "I am a Hebrew and I worship the LORD, the God of heaven, who made the sea and dry land." He then told them about the task God had set him.

I worship God!
