To all the kids in the whole entire world who love to run!

Hi, my name is Gary, I am a first grader and when I grow up I want to be a professional runner. I want to be the fastest runner in the whole entire world.

My mom always tells me that if I want to be good at something I have to try my best and practice. 

I had decided that I wanted to practice everyday. I will run and run because, did I tell you? I want to be the fastest runner in the whole entire world.

I started practicing inside of my house. I ran from the kitchen to the living room, back and forth, but there is one tiny problem...

My mom doesn't like me running inside of the house. She says I can hurt myself, how silly right?

NO!!!

I guess she doesn't understand that I want to be the fastest runner in the whole entire world.

Since I wasn't allowed to practice at home, I decided to practice at other places like the library and inside of my classroom. You won't believe this but I had another tiny problem...

The librarian and my teacher were not so happy when they saw me practicing. How mean right?

I decided that nothing was going to stop me from practicing and I had found the right place to practice. The hallway! Yes, the hallway! It was perfect.
