This book is dedicated to David Clark

Once upon a time there was a young man called David was the youngest of 8 boys and he was a Sheppard for his father, this meant he had to keep the wolves away from the sheep.

Some time later, the Israelites began war with the Philistines.

David was sent by his father to the Israelite army camp with food for his brothers whom were soldiers.

The Philistines had a giant warrior named Goliath fighting for them. Day after day, Goliath mocked the Israelites.

Goliath shouted, ‘Send me a man who will fight me. If he wins, we will be your slaves. But if I win, you will be our slaves.’

David heard Goliath and said, ‘I will fight him!’
King Saul replied, ‘But you are just a boy.’
David replied, ‘Jehovah (his god) will help me.’
