There once were two boys 

from very different worlds 

who only knew of one 

kind of Christmas.

This Christmas was 

different.

Mark never has a problem getting whatever 

he wants. After all, he is the king's son. His 

Christmas is always filled with presents! He 

is known to be spoiled and selfish. Mark has 

every toy imaginable, but no friends. 

Kevin, on the other hand, is just a boy 

struggling to keep a roof over his head and 

food on the table for his family. His 

Christmas is always filled with love and 

hope. He is known to be genuine and loving. 

Although Kevin has no toys, he is liked by 

everyone in town, giving him many 

friendships. 

Few people know the real Mark. He may seem 

happy on the outside, but he is not. He has 

everything any kid could possibly want, but love. 

His father does not spend much time with him. It 

is Christmas day and he is leaving him. Therefore, 

Mark doesn't know how to love or have a 

friendship. He takes out his anger on others and 

only cares about himself. Mark thinks the more 

presents he gets this Christmas, the happier he 

will be. But, it did not work and he does not know 

why.
