One day, Larry the Lobster walked into the Krusty Krabs and said "My chelicerae don't feel too good." Mr. Krabs replied with "It's probably because you have been eating so many crawfish instead of Krabby Patties."

Spongebob asked "Whats are those?" Larry explained that they are what crustaceans use to catch prey like smaller crayfish, snails, worms and mollusks.

"Without my chelicerae I would have no way of catching my food. First I would have to eat it with my mouth. Then it would move down my esophagus, into my intestine, and then to my stomach." Larry explained. "Another cool thing that I have that helps me eat is a maxilliped. It is an appendage specially modified for feeding for crustaceans like me."
