There was once a village. There were all kinds of different people that lived in the village. This came from years and years of laws that were put in place by the King to improve the diversification of the village.
Diversification: the actions of something becoming more diverse (verb or noun)
Many people believed that the village was one of the best places on Earth. The King was a benevolent man, and because of the kindness and generosity that he offered others, he was well respected.
Benevolent: describing someone or something that is kind or generous (adjective)


The village was very successful and was consistently very peaceful. This created the idea in the minds of the villagers that the village was at its pinnacle and would stay that way for years to come. The feasibility of this idea was valid, but the villagers were unaware of what would come next.
Pinnacle: highest point or climax (noun)
Feasibility: the practicality or possibility of something (noun)

After many years of prosperity, the King declared to the villagers that he had a declaration to make. The King invited everyone to the castle for the announcement. Within an hour of the information being released, the castle grounds were teeming with people.
Teeming: to be full or swarming with things or people (verb)










The King began his speech, and spoke of all the great times that village had been a part of. At the end he announced that he was going to promulgate the end of the monarchy in the village. Some of the villagers saw this as unjust action, because they believed the King was the only reason for the village's prosperity.
Promulgate: to put in law or formally declare (verb)
Unjust: not proving to be morally correct, or fair (adjective)
The villagers went back to the town, and there were many different opinions in the area of the King's decision. Some people saw the change to be galvanizing, and a potential new start for the village. Others saw the change as deficient in importance that caused a sense of neutrality. Some villagers even saw it as the end of the culmination of the village, and viewed the decision as crucial mistake.
Galvanizing: exciting, stimulating (adjective)
Deficient: not enough in degree or amount (adjective)
Culmination: climax or final act (noun)


During the transition from a monarchy to a leader (who would later be called a President) there was some violence. There was a group of people who wanted to advocate the previous King and there were others who tried to warrant against the actions of the King. This caused great unrest in the village.
Advocate: to promote or defend something (verb)
Warrant: to prove to be reasonable (verb)

While the new leader was put in power, there were some members of the village that made an effort to underscore the idea that the only way they would ever solve their problems by being kind to each other. The new leader took notice of these particular people.
