One day, on Harry's eleventh birthday, a very tall man named Hagrid delivers Harry a letter. It turns out that Harry has magical abilities that he never knew about! He is told that he will be sent to a magical school called Hogwarts.

Hagrid takes Harry shopping in London for some school supplies. He gets Harry ready for his new school, Hogwarts. He gets Harry a wand, broom, and an owl!

On Harry's first day, he gathers his supplies and goes to train station 9 and 3/4. That is where he met Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. They all get ready to get on the train.

Eventually, they all said their goodbyes to their families. Then, they went on the train. Harry was new to all of these things.

They all eventually got to school, and all got sorted into the same house, Gryffindor! Soon, they all become best friends. They hung out with each other all the time.
