We met in 2008 and it was NOT love at first sight!

I really didn't like your dad at all until he tricked me into going on a date with him.

After our first date, we slowly became friends and built our relationship.

We officially became boyfriend and girlfriend on May 12th, 2009.

We went on so many adventures together!

We worked really hard to develop our careers.

Your mom graduated from college in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in English and her teaching license.

Your dad graduated from college in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice.

We got engaged in December of 2014, after my first semester of teaching.

We had a wonderful dinner at our favorite sushi restaurant and walked around the Broadmoor and looked at the Christmas lights after we couldn't get into the Electric Safari at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

We got married in your Grandma Hall's back yard on June 21st, 2015. That means that we got married on the same day that your Grandma and Grandpa Gierlach got married in 1980!
