Tonight was a night like any other night. Harper was in her room picking up. She placed her Buzz and Woody in her toy box, she put her dirty socks in her hamper, and she put her shoes on the shoe rack. Mama opened the door and called her by her name

“Harper” mama called

“Yessssss mama” Harper answered

“Dooooo you know what time it is?” mama asked

“Is it time for another movie”? Harper asked

“No baby we already watched two tonight” mama explained

Is it time for us to play with my toys”? Harper asked again

“No baby we just cleaned up all your toys” mama explained

“Ummmmmmmm is it time for doughnuts again?” Harper asked

“No baby we already had doughnuts” mama laughed

Harper frowned then asked mama “Well what time is it then?”

“Its time to start getting ready for bedtime” mama said excitingly

Harper’s eyes got big, her smile got wide, she was jumping up and down, and shouted at the top of her lungs “I LOOVVVVVVEEEEEEE BEDTIME”

Harper loved a lot of things. She loved her toys, she loved her family, and she loooooovvvvvveeeeedddd her doughnuts. But what Harper loved most of all was bedtime. 

Harper ran to the bathroom Mama followed her behind. Mama started the bath as Harper took of her clothes and jumped in saying “CANNNONNN BALL” and splash Mama all over. 

Harper saw Mamas shirt get wet and she giggled inside. Mama helped Harper wash her hair and her body while Harper sang the special song 

“Scrub a dub dub, Harpers in the tub, Scrub a dub dub, Harpers in the tub.”

 Mama laughed and sang along

“Harpers all clean, its time to get dry, Harpers all clean, its time to get dryyyyyy”

Mama got Harper out of the tub and wrapped her in a towel. 

After Harper got out of the tub she ran to her closet and swung the doors open. 

“OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY WHICH PAJAMAS SHOULD I WEAR TONIGHT” she mama

“Whichever ones you want Harper, I’m going to go finish the laundry to you need helping getting ready for bed”? Mama asked 

“NO MAMA I REMEMBER THE ROUTINE”, Harper said

Mama laughed and said” Okay baby don’t forget the steps, and call me when you’re done so I can tuck you in, but if you forget anything call me”.

“Okay Mama, but I pinky promise I won’t need ya” Harper answered.

Harper put her pajamas on and went to grab her stuffed animal Mr. Woof as well as her slippers. 

She slide into her slippers and ran to the restroom. 

She opened the drawer and grabbed her hairbrush. 

“Mr. Woof its time to brush our hair”

She ran the brush through her hair and got all the knots out, and then went and brushed Mr. Woofs fur.

She then grabbed her toothbrush and started brushing her teeth. 

“Mr. Woof what’s the song mama makes us sing”

“Um ..um ” Harper thought

“Oh yeah the Happy Birthday song”

Harper brushed her teeth while singing the Happy Birthday song twice. 

“OUR TEETH ARE ALL CLEAN MR. WOOF” Harper shouted
