To anyone who needs help putting a goal in place and achieving it!

Hi! I'm Keitara! I currently attend Sheridan College in the ES program and in my Orientation to Field course, my teacher Jim taught us about SMART goals.

The SMART acronym stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timebound which is what your goals need to be! Let's get to it!

When I got home and thought about what I could work on this semester, I decided my goal would be improving my punctuality.

S is for Specific!
My goal is to arrive to my classes on time to prepare me for placement in the winter semester.

M is for measurable!
By setting a routine and timing myself properly I will be able to see if I am successful at attaining my goal.
A is for attainable!
I will be proactive and get organized the night before so I can be ready to leave home earlier!

R is for realistic!
Things like traffic, tiredness, work and not being organized could create barriers that could prevent me from reaching my goal.

T is for time bound!
As of September 18th 2019 I put my plan in action and plan on achieving my goal by December 10th 2019.
