Once upon a time there were five little gnomes who all lived together. They lived in merriment among the walnut trees, feasting on mulberries and pizza and pfeffernusse. As tradition required, they all worked together to protect the family of Keepers who lived in the house at the Ridge of the Woods.

Time went by and the Keepers moved from the Ridge of the Woods to the mountains and seas.

The invisible gnomes moved unnoticed alongside the Keepers. Having such a strong connection to the land, the gnomes were cognizant of the lessons taught from the round Earth. The gnomes knew that their job was not over - what may seem like an end is usually just a beginning.

The most basic instinct born into the gnomes is family. Whether together or apart, the gnomes are intertwined as they protect the roots that were built in the Woods. The roots -laughter, loyalty, integrity, respect, kindness, and a exceptional love of dogs. It is a gnomes job to protect the roots.

Sometimes the gnomes were together, and sometimes they were not. Wherever each gnome was, the protecting of the Keepers continued. The rhythm & music of the days kept them all together even when they weren't in huggable proximity.

After years of protecting, the gnomes needed to be all together to refuel the rhythm of their magic. With great effort, and the help of flying Amazonian Steel Dragons, the gnomes left their state of invisibility. They now needed the help of the Keepers.
