The Apocalypse Breaks Out

Let's say you are at home enjoying a nice cup of coffee and when you turn on the news you see that a zombie apocalypse has broken out. You look outside thinking it's a joke but there are really brain eating zombies outside. What do you do?

First of all you are gonna need some supplies.

You will obviously need some food and some water to survive. Next you need to look for something to defend yourself with like a bat or golf club. And finally you will need some way to contact any other survivors like a phone or maybe a radio to know what's going on.

Supplies and Resources

Evacuation Plan

Now that you have your supplies you will need an evacuation plan. Find a group of survivors and talk out a plan to escape. You will need to make it to a nearby plane or boat to escape. Now you cant just run outside to an airport or dock. You will need to dress up and act like zombies so you can safely make it to an airport or boat dock.

Short Term Goals or Solutions

Once you and your friends make it to a boat dock or airport your goal or short term solution should be to make it to a non infected island to survive on for a while until you can figure out how to get rid of the zombies for good.

Long Term Goals or Solutions

You made some short term solutions, but now you need to figure out how to get rid of the zombies for good. Zombies don't have any weaknesses but just like us if they don't eat they die. Zombies can't go longer than 20 days without eating brains so now that you are safe from zombies you just need wait about 3 weeks before returning back home.

Effects on Health Triangle

A zombie apocalypse can effect you in many ways. An apocalypse can effect your social health because now that all of your friends are zombies you have nobody to talk to. It can effect your mental health because the death of your loved ones can impact your health mentally. It can also effect your physical health because you may not eat as much due to a limited food supply.
