Once upon a time There was a dog named Andre. He's not just an ordinary dog, he and his sister Mille lives on the streets of New York City. In the City of New York, most stray dogs and homed dogs don't talk. But Andre wants all dogs to be equal and he wont stop trying until it happens.
*Grawl* “Ah man I'm hungry”

Andre was walking around the town looking for some food. As I'm digging through some garbage for food I heard a “Hey you dirty dog get out of here” next thing I know, A dog catcher caught me and threw me into her truck.

Andre was taken from the streets because I didn't have a home to go back to.

All the stray dogs want Andre free from the pound. Roger agrees and they come up with a plan to get him out

Roger
While in the pound Andre had an fantasy where stray dogs would be able to have the same rights as the home dogs.
Andre
I have a fantasy
The home dogs didn't want Millie in the dog park because she doesn't have a home.

“No, I am not leaving.”
“This park is for the dogs with home, Not you strays. Leave”

The home dogs and the stray dogs going into a fight
Violence is not the answer!!!

Roger the cop dog pulled up and takes a stand for the homeless dogs and lays down rules to all of the dogs. He decided to make the dogs equal.
“As the head of the dogs, I hereby make it a rule that we work together as one. Those who don't obey, will be dishonored”
