In Biology Tim is learning about the 

biosphere, and he is bilingual, so 

this come easy to him.   Although, 

when he can't understand he acts a 

little bipolar.   

In biology, Tim is learning about the biosphere.

Biology- the study of life

Biosphere- region of the surface, and 

atmosphere of the earth.

Bilingual- when you can speak more than one 

language

bipolar- mood changes, or different moods

     When he got up the next morning, his mother 

made him a breakfast of pancakes, and milk.   Then, 

he was walking to school excited to learn about 

Pangaea.   But, Tim was upset because   he had to 

learn of a pancho in social studies. 

Pancake- A food you eat

Pangaea- a super-continent that once 

existed.

Pancho- is a Mexican person, whom you 

do not know the name of. 

When Tim gets to school he enters math class.  

He learning about how to make a bar-graph.   He 

just came from science with his barometer 

homework.   Science it's Friday he can eat a 

candy bar.

Bar-graph- a graph you can make a graph, with 

the data as bars.

barometer- instrument that measures 

atmospheric data.

Bar of candy- a sweet chocolate in a shape of a 

bar, that you eat.  

After school Tim went to the park to do 

homework, on lithographs, he took this 

homework seriously because he 

wanted study lithography.   He thought 

to himself, "Hey i am walking on the 

lithosphere."  

Lithographs- prints produced from lithography 

Lithosphere- the hard, brittle outer layer of the 

earth. 

Lithography- method of printing from metal or 

stone surface.

During the weekend, Tim went on a 

educational tour.   On this tour he got to 

dig for petroleum, and study petrol.   Then, 

after his study he went to a class on 

petrogram, which he found very 

interesting.
