Free Kitten

The little kitten looked around. "Meow." It said. "Mama?" But the kitten was abandoned. He had no family now.

Five Years Later......

Sun ran around the village. He needed to hide. A human girl and her dog were chasing him. "Go get the cat, Sparky! Go get him!" The human yelled. That's not going to happen. Thought Sun. He had survived for five years, and he was going to survive today, too.

Hissss......

Sun escaped down an alley. The dumb dog and his girl were too scared to follow. Sun went onto the sidewalk and saw.... ROSCOE! Roscoe was the strongest cat in the village, but he couldn't walk. But still, he was a threat. He could swipe your nose off! "What are you doing here?" The cat asked. Sun froze in fear. Roscoe swiped at Sun. "Get outta here, newbie!" He hissed.

Sun ran back into the main village. He ran into a family. "Kitty!" The human kitten said. "I want him. I'll name him Fluffy Mc Rainbows and love him forever!" "Okay, honey." Said the dad. "I'll catch it." The man lunged for Sun, but Sun scratched him and ran away.

Sun ran into the forest. There was a clearing in the forest were the village was fenced off so no bears could get in. This is were Sun lived. Sun spent most of his time looking for food, and this place is were a lot of mice live. Sun caught a mouse and went to sleep in the nest he knocked down from a tree.

Of course, Sun was not alone. A cat that lived with humans named Lily visited him sometimes. The only bad thing about Lily was that she kept on trying to convince Sun to live with those awful, stinky humans.

Lily, for the last time, NO!

One day, Lily came to visit Sun and she was crying. "Sun, you have to help me!" She said. "My friend, Tilly, got attacked by Roscoe, and she's bleeding a lot!"
