1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup water

Steps to make it:
- In a blender or food processor, combine flour, milk, water, eggs, and salt until smooth.
- Using spoon pour one portion of the mixture into a nonstick crepe pan .
- Fry one side then the other.
- Put the filling in (jam, cottage cheese, cabbage with mushrooms).




Minced Chops by K. K.
Ingredients:
-1/2 kg of minced meat.
-1 kaiser roll
-1 chopped onion
-1 egg
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
-bread crumbs
-lard (for frying)
-milk





Minced Chops
Steps to make it:
Flood the kaiser roll with milk and leave it be for 10 minutes. Meanwhile you should chop the onion into small pieces. When ten minutes pass, put the minced meat, impressed kaiser roll, chopped onion, egg, salt and black pepper in bowl. Add a little water and start mixing all of it with your hands for minimum 5-7 minutes. When you're finished, start forming the chops. They should have size of your closed fist. After you finish forming them, you need to put them in bread crumbs so they will be white on outside. Then you pour the lard into the frying pan. Heat it up and put the chops on the frying pan. Precisely fry them until they'll change their color to golden-like. When they do, reduce the fire and cover the frying pan and keep frying your chops for aproximettly 4 minutes. Put your chops on some plate and enjoy your meal.
Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
potatoes (600g)
small onion
butter (1 spoon)
cream 18% (200ml)
light Winiary gravy (1 pack)
yellow cheese (50 g)
Steps to make it:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Put in salted water. Boil for 10 min., drain. Peel the onion and cut into slices.
Grease the baking dish with butter.
Mix the cream thoroughly with a light WINIARY roast sauce.
Layer potato and onion slices alternately in layers in an ovenproof dish. Finally, pour them with cream sauce and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese. Bake for 20 min. in an oven preheated to 200 o C.
After baking, put on plates. You can decorate the casserole with basil leaves and enjoy your meal.

Ingredients:
wheat flour-300g
potateos-about half a kilo
cottage cheese- 150-200grams

Steps to make it:
Boil the potateos in salted water, mash thoroughly with a special Prague cottage cheese to the potateos (preferably do this, as potateos are still slightly warm then rise to smooth the mass and the easier it will be formed filling fritters).Finely chop the onion and brown in a frying pan.Mix with cottage cheese and potatoes.Season with salt, pepper and paprika, the stuffing should not be bland.Dough: Pour into a bowl the flour, salt, stick to the egg yolk, add the butter and rub ingredients.With one hand, slowly pour hot water, and one cake mix to the ingredients thoroughly combined.Knead a smooth dough and roll out fairly thinly on floured countertop.Glass trim rings, put the stuffing, just stick together and throw parties at the boiling, salted water.
KLUSKI ŚLĄSKIE
INGREDIENTS:
~ potatoes - 1 kg
~ potato flour - 1/4 volume of potatoes
~ 2 eggs
~ pinch of salt

STEPS TO MAKE IT:
Cook potatoes in salted water.
Cool and squeeze through a potato press.
In a bowl, divide the potatoes into four parts.
Take out one part of the potatoes and pour the potato flour into the empty space.
Add potatoes, 2 eggs and a pinch of salt, combine all the ingredients together.
Make small balls with a hole in the dough.
Boil the water and salt it.
Put "Kluski" on to boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Faworki
ingredients:
2 cups of flour
4 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
5 tablespoon of sour cream
oil to fry
icing sugar
At first,mix flour with sugar and salt.Then,add 4 yolks and 1 spoon of vinegar.After that, add sour cream. Knead the dough until is smooth.
Next,put the dough on the table and hit it by rolling pin around 15minutes.The dough pin out
on the table with small portion of the flour on it.
The dough cut into strips.After that,we cut strips into rectangles.At the end, we cut every
rectangle in the middle.We take one end of the rectangle,then we put in through the hole.Preheat the oil to the cooking temperature.Fry Faworki in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.Next,take it out from the frying
pan and put it on paper towel. At the end,we decorate Faworki with icing sugar
