One sunny day in June, I, Jack, a small red miniature poodle, was born. A couple months later in August, a nice lady named, Jan Dannefer came to adopt me. She took me home to the farm and showed me around my new big house. She bought me a lot of toys, my favorite one was a small blue dog that squeaked and it said on its stomach, "I Love Treats." I played with it everyday! She also got me a penguin with a red hat!

She had a nice husband named Daryl. He had his own recliner where I would sit at his feet. That was my cozy spot where I would sit everyday. She bought me a lot of treats to find out which ones I liked the best, of course, I choose the peanut butter flavored ones, those were my favorite! I also loved belly rubs and dancing. He would give me peanut butter once in a while!

Every once in a while people came to visit. They were Mama Jan's children and grandchildren. Her children's names are Amanda and Eric, and her grand children's names are Naomi, Claira, Maezee, Hope, and Grandin. I would run around in circles when they arrived. I loved when they would play tug a war with me. They would take me outside and run with me up and down the drive way!
