In a small village far far away lived a beautiful family with two sisters (Kennedy and Molly) who loved going on adventures. Their favorite place to go was the forest. They say the forest is magical but nobody believes them.

Can we go to the forest?

No

Why?

Every day they ask their dad if they can go to the forest. Their dad usually says "yes". But today he said "no". They are wondering why their dad said no. He almost never says "no" when they want to go to the forest .

I still don't know why we can't go to the forest!

Because you have to do your homework

Later their dad said that they have to do their homework. But, they don't like doing homework. They still don't get the point of homework. They were super bummed!

I don't want to do homework!

How about we sneak off to the forest?

They came up with a sneaky plan! It was to wander off to the forest without their dad knowing. The worst part was that they were going to sleep there overnight. If that doesn't sound sneaky to you, then I don't know what does.

Where are you two going?

Um... going to help Mom out with her work.

When the girls started to put their plan into action they almost got caught by their dad. But Kennedy made something up really fast before their dad could question what Kennedy said. Molly was about to explain. But she was glad Kennedy said something.
