My mother always says, "Eat your vegetables."

Well I think that that's just messed up. I cry to her about it, while I keep playing with my truck.

She tells me that they'll make me strong, that they will help me grow.

I say, "I like being small, and always fitting into my clothes."

She tells me that I can't have dessert, and then I complain some more.

I say, "I think eating vegetables is a really very big chore."

But then a silly thing appears, made out of carrots and corn. I try to make a face, but it looks like a unicorn.
