Enjoy reading!

There was once a girl
called Grace and she loved sunflowers so much. One day her teacher gave some sunflower seeds to students so they could plant and look after their own sunflowers.
Patience
Grace was so excited that she planted the seed immediately and looked after it with great care for many days. When the first shoot finally appeared, Grace filled with impatience, went to see her teacher.
-Can I uproot it now?
She asked anxiously. The teacher answered that she would still have to wait for the plant for quite some time before she would be able to collect many seeds from just one flower. Grace was disappointed, but she kept on looking after her sunflower.

It took much more time than Grace imagined in the beginning. She sometimes felt tired, sometimes hopeless. But she didn't give up. When she saw the first seeds, she was overjoyed. She ran to her teacher and asked if she could eat them. But the plant was still green, the seeds weren't ripe and of course they couldn't be eaten. She needed to wait for some more time. Being patient all through that procedure was not easy for Grace but in the end, eating the product of her own effort was priceless. Those were the most delicious seeds on earth.

Honesty

The next day, Grace woke u early and went to school, she greeted her friends and teachers, looking at them with her charming smile. Then, she sat her chair and got prepared for the lesson. Grace was the most beautiful girl in this world not only because she had a beautiful look, also for her values and morals which made her the most beautiful in the universe and loved by all.

SCHOOL

At the end of the day, she went back home, but she remembered that she forgot her book, she returned quickly, and upon entering the classroom, Grace found one of her friends, who was taking the pens and put them in her bag. Grace went into hiding until her friend ended.
On the second day, the students lost their pens and started looking around to find the thief, Grace know who is the thief but did not tell them. The girl was afraid and feeling embarrassed, Grace must tell her teacher because she is honest.
I must tell the teacher
what shall I do to help her?

Grace observed her for several days and found that the girl was not bringing food or money to school and she was always sitting alone, so she approached her and became her friend and learned of her story that they do not have money. Grace went to the teacher and told her the whole story and that they should help her, The teacher liked her idea and decided to put a shelf in the classroom in which students put all their tools and use them together whenever they want and told them about the importance of cooperation and solidarity, so that she does not return to theft. Grace taught her new friend that it is not permissible to steal even if a person is in need, but rather that he resort to the teacher to solve the issue.

HELPFULNESS
The next morning, wind that struck her from the window awokeGrace. She straightened from her bed, gathered her hair with a buckle next to her bed, opened the window, took a deep breath and looked up at the sky. She was dressed in his room. She had her breakfast and came to school.
It was the first day of the second semester, saying good things will happen today. During the school, the principal said that two new students will join the school. "I wish there were good people," said Grace. Everybody was going to classes.
When Grace entered her class, he was one of those new students who had seen the boy, who drew something in his notebook with the pen in his hand, covering his hoodie at the back. It was not until long ago why the new boy was like this, because everyone was laughing and not having fun, and he was silent, living in his own world. Everyone preferred to stay away from that boy and they were not interested in him. One day Grace could not stand and went to him. She sat, stopped and waited, looked at the boy and could not stand anymore, and said what was his name .
The boy did not speak, but Grace spoke when he was willing and learned his name is Lucas. Grace went to Lucas every day and was trying to talk to him. Lucas was now happy to talk to Grace slowly. One day, he said to Grace, "I have to tell you something," and talked about the difficulties he had for a long time and a number of diseases. He added that it is not easy for him to communicate with people and that he has always had difficulty with it.
He often hardly admitted that he was excluded and mistreated. Grace felt sorry for this situation, and on the other hand, she thought about how cruel people were and added “ I am always with you and will try to make you happy. I always want to support you until you are good, and after that, and your well-being will do me well. ”Lucas is delighted with this and has changed his view of himself and his surroundings.Grace will never give up helping people.

The other day, Grace was so excited because there was a class president election and she was one of the candidates. She prepared a very well-planned campaign to be the president. She prepared posters, show cards and good slogans for her friends to vote her in the election. She even prepared a speech with the help of her father. In her speech she emphasized equality in class. According to her all of her classmates were equal and have a right to be behaved in an equal way.
ETIQUETTE
The important day has came and at the end of that day she will be chosen as the present, she hoped. Their teacher Mrs. Dunham brought the class a vote box and some small paper for the students to write their candidates on it.
Most of Grace's friends were supporting her, but Peter was different. He was also a candidate and he didn't love Grace from the first day of school because when he lied to Mrs. Dunham she told the truth and the whole class made fun of him.

On that day the teacher put the vote-box on teacher's desk and distributed the paper to the students. Just for a moment Grace saw some paper in Peter's hand but couldn't understand what they are. The election finished and the teacher began to count the votes. 15 votes Grace, 16 votes Peter and 5 votes Astrit. When the teacher announced the results Grace noticed
something wrong. In their class there were 30 students but total votes number was 36. She immediately warned the teacher and the teacher controlled the votes. Yes, she was right. There were six votes more.
The teacher noticed that six of the paper were different in color. She wanted the whole class to come to the board and turn their faces on the board.
While she was checking their student’s pockets, she found some more paper from one of the students and throw them away to the bin. She made the voting again and announced that Grace was the new president. The whole class applauded her.
On the other side Peter was confused because the teacher didn't get angry with him or gave a punishment but he was so regretful. What he did wasn't ethical.
Time passes so quickly and flies some memories away but even time couldn't make Peter forget that day. After so many years Mrs. Dunham retired and Peter could find her and ask about that horrible day. Why didn't she give his name to the class as the cheater? Why didn't she get angry with him? Mrs. Dunham’s words were unforgettable .

JUSTICE
Grace, who had worked till the late hours for the exam, could barely get out of bed in the morning. In fact, it was the crying voice of her brother that got her out of bed. Grace went out of bed to her brother's room, her mother was already there and was trying to silence him. When her mother saw Grace coming, she said to her, "Good morning," and she replied, saying” Good morning”.
When Grace woke up, she did not know the exact time and asked her mother. Even though Grace felt that she woke up very early, she was about to be late for school. She did not want to be late for the school because that day she had an exam. After Grace got ready, she went down for breakfast. She'd love to have a nice breakfast with her family, but she quickly had breakfast because she didn't want to be late. Then she asked her father to drop him to school. Her father left Grace to school and she said goodbye to her father

When she entered school and started talking to her friends about the exam. Her friends were as excited as Grace. When it came time for the exam, Grace was even more excited. The exam ended and everyone thought that it was a really hard exam, but it wasn't hard for Grace because she had worked hard. On the next lesson, the teacher, Ms.Walker evaluated the papers and then told the students their marks. Grace had been the 3rd in the class While Grace's best friend, Emily was the 4th. The teacher said that everyone did well in the exam and she would hand out the papers to the students the next day after she finished evaluating all the classes’ exam papers. In this way, the students could see their correct and wrong answers.
Then she added that a trip was organized for the students who were at the top three according to their exam results from all classes in the school. The trip was to a place Grace had never seen before. Grace got more excited when she heard it. But she was also a bit sad because her best friend wouldn't be able to join this trip because she was the fourth, She would prefer to join this trip with her.
When Grace came home, she was still thinking about the trip. She also told her parents about the trip at dinner and got permission for it. It was a one day trip. But it was a place worth seeing. Grace liked to take photos. So she would take her camera with her.
She would take lots of photos and she would show them to Emily when she returned. When she went to bed that night, she still dreamed of that trip.
When Grace woke up in the morning, her mother already prepared the breakfast, She had her breakfast and went to school. Ms. Walker came to the class with exam papers in hand as she said the previous day.Everyone already knew their marks But they didn't know where they made a mistake. The teacher handed out the exam papers to the students. Everyone was checking their papers. But Grace suddenly realized that their teacher missed out her wrong answer and mistakenly had given points for the question that Grace answered wrong. As soon as she realized this, she directly went to the teacher without thinking. When the teacher looked at the exam paper again, she realized that she had given more points.

She thanked Grace for her honesty and recalculated Grace's mark, but it situation also changed in the class ranking according to her corrected score.Grace's close friend Emily was third, while Grace was fourth. This meant that Grace was unable to join the trip.. Grace, of course, was a little bit upset about this. But she still couldn't get a prize she didn't deserve.

Moreover, Emily also wanted to see the place where the trip would be made. She thought this trip was a good opportunity for her best friend. She did not see the trip and loss of points as a loss. On the contrary, she was very happy that her friend would go to that trip instead of her and was more peaceful because she acted honestly and provided justice. The value of acting fairly and giving what anyone deserves was priceless after all.

Patriotism
The following day, Grace had very different feelings. Her brother was away from home to do his military service. On the one hand, she felt deep sadness of not being able to meet him for a long time. On the other hand, the pandemic, which affected the whole world, spread to her country day by day. Everything had changed so suddenly. Schools were closed for a long time before they got used to the vocational high school that they had just started.

Her father was a baker and had to go to work every day for the needs of her family and other people. Whenever her longing for his brother was unbearable for her, she reminded the words that her brother told her when he was going to the military service at the bus terminal. “My lovely sister Grace , don't feel any sorrow for my leaving! You will sleep comfortably while I protect the borders of our homeland. Everyone should sacrifice for their homeland when it is time for them. It is my turn and I'm going now ”
The pandemic had affected all life. Every day, the number of dead people was announced, entrance and exit times for markets were arranged, crowded places were closed. It was said by the government that there were not enough masks for everyone. There were not enough masks even in pharmacies. All people, especially her father, urgently needed a large number of masks. Grace had never been more interested in TV news before. Government officials warned the people to stay at home, and if they were forced to go out, they were definitely supposed to wear masks. Those who went out without a mask were even said to be punished. When her father came home that day, he was very upset when he said that he could not find a mask in pharmacies. She couldn't do anything but sitting at home. Her brother was in the army to defend the homeland.
Her father worked from morning to evening to bake bread for people. She had to do something. She should have contributed to these difficult days as much as she could.
She prayed to Allah that night. She asked for an opportunity to serve her country, her family, and fell asleep with this hope.
The next day, as every day,he was watching distance education broadcasts in front of the television.
At the end of the lesson, she boiled some water to drink from the usual herbal tea. The phone rang while watching the colors of herbal tea dispersed in hot water .
The caller was the headmaster. The ministry of education had allowed vocational high schools to produce masks. Talented, devoted students were needed to do this job.
The headmaster asked Grace if she wanted to take part in this duty. Grace responded she wanted to take part in this proud job with a great honor, before the headmaster completed his words. The next day they started to work at the school workshop. The headmaster stalked to the students, “Be ready to stay sleepless in the next few days.

But remember, the masks we will make are a national duty for both our healthcare workers and all our citizens. The masks you will produce will be proof of your love of homeland. ”
Just like many other vocational high schools in the country, thousands of masks were produced by working day and night. In the voices of the sewing machines, Grace's brother’s words about his love for his country were echoing in her ear. But in the end, the need for masks was largely met. It was very proud that, people, including Grace's father, wore masks produced by vocational high school students. That was a great honor for Grace.

The next morning promised a nice day. It was sunny, warm, there was a pleasant light wind in the air. Grace got up, opened a window in the room and breathed fresh air. As usual she did exercises and felt she is full of energy and ready to start a new day. Her mom had already prepared breakfast for her and it was waiting for the girl on the dinner table. Grace ate some eggs, fresh bread with sliced butter, thanked for the meal, helped to clean the table as she did every morning. She waved goodbye to her mom and baby brother and left for school. “What a nice and respectful girl I have,- thought her mother.- She is so kind. I am proud of her so much

RESPECT
The school where Grace studied was noisy like a bee house. Children talked the latest news, rushed along the hall, laughed in a word the school lived its usual life.
Their first lesson was Geography, one of her favourite subjects. Mrs Tame was young and creative teacher. Students loved her because she could make every student love reading about different countries, dream about travelling, express their own ideas.

Mrs. Tame looked mysterious today. "Children she said, "Today we have an unusual lesson. I want to suggest you making a project. I'm going to split you into groups and you will do the task only if you are able to collaborate and respect each other's opinions. The project includes researching the way of living of natives in far countries.

Grace hoped to work in a group of girls she made friends with. But what a great disappointment she experienced when she found that her partners were quite strange students. She rarely addressed them with a question. These children were not talkative, nobody wanted to make friends with her. Grace felt tears in her eyes. She didn't want to lose the chance of working on such an interesting project. So, after the lesson, she went to her teacher and asked:
Mrs. Tame, can I work with another group, please? I will not be able to work with these children.
And Mrs Tame answered: "It's up to you to make the ice melting in the hearts of these children. I believe in you as you are a kind, understanding and respectful person. Be polite with them, curious with their lives, respectful to them. I'm sure you'll find out interesting personalities.
She had two weeks for making the research. And Grace did all her best to make the children talk and be open. She invited them to their house, treated them with tea and delicious cakes, told funny stories about herself , played in the garden and the ice started to break. These children were very intelligent, curious though different and knew hard life. Together they went to Grace’s room and helping each other found interesting information, made a great poster with pictures and some photos. For two weeks they met and were involved into interesting work.

Finally the day to present the project had become. And how surprised everyone was when the project of this group was the best. It would be otherwise if Grace hadn’t treated to these group of children with respect. Let’s remember: Success is impossible without respectful attitude to other people.

It was a sunny day when Grace woke up the following morning. She was lying on her bed, before she got up, She thought “ It is a nice day but I can’t go out because of virus. After She got up, She opened the windows looking at the forest opposite their house. She breathed the air deeply. Then she looked at the flowers in their garden and thought “ Life is beautiful with flowers, trees and shortly with green nature .
She whimpered herself “Love green, Love nature, Love yourself”.

LOVE
Suddenly She heard her sister’s crying . She ran to her room. She was crying so loudly that she couldn’t know what to do. She got an idea and took her toy bear with music. She turned it on and her sister stopped crying.
She hugged and kissed her and said “ Oh my lovely sister, I love you very much I don’t want to see you are sad.
