In a tree near the park lived a bee.

This bee loved to sit at her window and gaze over the park. She especially loved watching when the children were out playing. 

There were children playing on the seesaw, slide, swings, merry-go-round, sandboxes, and even in the playhouses.

As she continued to look, listening to the laughter, she noticed Myan had come to the park.

The bee knew Myan because she visited the park quite often. 

Today she looked really sad. 

Myan noticed a few girls on the swing. As she strolled by she said, "I wish my hair was straight like theirs."

And she sadly walked away.

A boy zoomed past Myan on his way to the merry-go-round. Myan lowered her head and said, "I wish I could run fast like him."

And she sadly walked away.

Myan made her way to the nearest park bench and had a seat.

The bee could not believe how Myan did not see all the great things about herself.

The bee flew down to Myan and said, "Wow, I think you're pretty amazing"
