While vacationing at the Happiest Place in the World, things suddenly changed. It became the worst week of Jasper’s young life. He was 10 years old and 2 of his 3 brothers, Brad who was 12 and John who was 4, had accompanied him to Florida, hoping to enjoy an exciting family vacation at Disney World. Unfortunately, it would not end up picture perfect.

Six months earlier Jasper learned that he was going to be in Florida with his dad, stepmom, and two siblings.  His shocked expression could be seen for miles.

  At the airport, Jasper was daydreaming about Epcot Center, imagining himself driving a virtual car on its test track. He also envisioned himself creating many new memories with his dad and bonus family.

"Let’s go!” Jasper exclaimed. 

“I want to go on the big ride,” said John. 

“Okay,” declared Brad. The 3 brothers went to the Twilight Tower.  After a day of fun, they decided to drive back to the hotel and crash into bed.

Jasper awoke the next morning ready to go to Epcot, but instead he got an unwelcome surprise. What he heard next changed his life forever.

While Jasper was watching an exciting movie, suddenly he heard arguing. It was coming from the other room. Jasper’s dad and stepmom were yelling at each other—quarreling about getting divorced.
