Deserts get very hot during the day but at night it gets very cold. Fennec foxes have adapted to the hot and the cold.

Their thick coats keep the foxes warm on chilly nights.

Big ears keep fennec foxes cool by letting out heat.

Their sandy fur color helps them camaflouge themselves from predators.
