Once upon a time, there was a mine fresh with the new emeralds of October. The rubies laid on the ground with the amethysts, awaiting a rush of new classes to come mine them. But what the rocks did not know is all they would get was rain...

The mines were falling apart as the fifth graders marched in to take some emeralds from the ground. But as they strutted into the creek, the creek opened up into a cavern. Emeralds started falling into black. Amethysts flipped into oblivion. The kids stared down at a huge diamond slowly transforming into a diamond throne. The diamond disappeared

and a king flew out of an emerald. King Diamondman conjured a cloud and floated out of the cavern.

Meanwhile, two kids were awaiting the class trip to Hiddenite. "Tomorrow!" "It's gonna be tomorrow!" Raiden was so excited, he fainted and dreamed of emeralds.

Everyone in the class was hyped about the trip. "Tomorrow" was said many times on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. The fourth grade hall was buzzing with the excitement of the trip. But then the intercom buzzed."Huh?" said the still-excited class. "We have

been informed that the Hiddenite Emerald Hollow Mines will have minor thunderstorms on the date of October 30, 2019. I sadly inform you that the field trip will have to be postponed for another date." The hall erupted into chaos. The kids had overcome the school, and the entire hall was angered at the mere thought of a postponed field trip. "Couldn't kids just use UMBRELLAS?" asked a kid in another class. The kids formed a blockage of the fourth grade hall, and slowly but surely, they used the sacred art of 'rock, paper, scissors' to pick two people to head out to Hiddenite itself and see if it really was to rain the next day.

Raiden and his best friend, Liam, were picked to go. They drove to Hiddenite to ask what the fuss was about...

AND SAW A GROUP OF FIFTH GRADERS MINING AWAY AT THE GROUND! Injustice! thought Liam. The kids were about to leave the mine, but through the crowd of fifth graders, a hoarse whisper said "Don't leave. Slay the soulsuckers for me." They turned around swiftly and saw an old man in a diamond throne and a crown engraved with emeralds looking at them.

"What's a soulsucker?" asked Liam. "It is a square-faced red-eyed monster that floats around, waiting to suck your soul and turn you into one of them.

Soulsucker populations have grown in the past decade, so it is more common to get a soulsucker's vacuum-like suck, and therefore die." "Uh, okay," said Liam.

"Come on, Liam," I said, "and lets slay some sole-suckoids!" We moved on to the main mine and King Diamondman followed. Right there. A black square-headed figure appeared. "Soul...." And engraved on the wall...

THE RAIN WON.

HIDDENITE EMERALD HOLLOW MINES

WILL CLOSE TONIGHT.

YOUR SOUL WILL BE SUCKED.

TONIGHT.

A table with an anvil sat by the wall. Liam and I looked at the table. The anvil transformed into three swords. We each grabbed a sword and ran at the soulsucker. King Diamondman's sword passed straight through the soulsucker, and with a loud screech, the soulsucker slowly evaporated into the night sky.

The swords clashed and slashed through the night. Liam's shining moment was when a soulsucker attempted to suck his soul, but suddenly Liam threw his sword and it spun around like a shuriken before passing the sword straight through the soulsucker and it started running away, before knocking into a giant rock and

landing in the creek, before swirling away and floating down into a pit with lava bubbling at the bottom.

The soulsuckers advanced on Liam, Raiden, and King Diamondman. Liam ducked as a soulsucker threw an emerald at the group. A raindrop landed on Liam's head and he was knocked clean out, soaked in water.

Raindrops the size of chessboards started flowing down onto the mine. Liam and I helped King Diamondman get across the street to the sluicing shack. Suddenly, the shack collapsed from the weight of one of the larger raindrops. We ran out just as we saw his diamond

throne get struck by lightning. The one hundred thirteen-year-old king ran out to get the throne, but a lightning bolt crashed down on the place the old king was standing, and he looked up for a few seconds, and then his eyes rolled in, the shock rubbed in, and he collapsed to the ground and moved no more.

Liam and I ran out of the mine and got back to the school just in time. The students lined up in ten lines in the main hall to permanently evacuate. Every teacher was standing at the front. "To your houses!" But they went all the way back to Hiddenite with their swords, and fought the rain which had become a Rain DEMON!

The rain slashed and swirled at the huts and shacks of Hiddenite, getting bigger and bigger as they went. The king's son, who was now King Diamondman II, used magic forces of the diamond throne to blast off the rain demon's power. The blasts of fire and rain collided with each other, and then the air exploded. Soulsuckers ran, the rain demon crashed into a torrential downpour. The fire blasts knocked King Diamondman II, and he blew into his own fiery pit.

THE NEXT DAY...

And so, Diamondman I and II were buried in graves,

each with a fraction of the diamond throne with them.

The remaining soulsuckers were hunted down and killed, Hiddenite was repaired, and school opened once again.

Liam and Raiden and the rest of the school lived happily ever after.

Soon, it was time for the class trip to Hiddenite Emerald Hollow Mines. The grade was extremely excited. What struck the grades was the unexpected deaths of King

Diamondman I and II. It was rumored that Diamondman II died fighting a giant rain demon that was destroying Hiddenite. The buses unloaded and started up.

The drive was boring us to death. Skeletons flopped on the ground as we ran down the rocky hill to Hiddenite. The bus flipped over and flew down the hill before stopping at an empty field. "The most literal field trip I've ever been in," said Liam.

Anvils fell from the ground as Liam and I took cover in the upside-down bus. Skeletons and anvils fell onto the field, burning everything up. The bus fell into a flaming

hole of doom...

"Emeralds," I asked, "where are you?" The ceiling rumbled and the hole patched up. Amethysts fell into the hole. The emeralds fell into a pond in the hole. "Gotcha," I said. The emeralds were huge, so we put them in a compartment of the bus. The bus creaked with the weight of the emeralds, collapsed in, and exploded.

BOOM! The emeralds flew into different areas of the underground ravine system. The emeralds burned in a flaming bus, but one emerald flopped into a pond, the one that all of the emeralds had started with prior to the explosion.

Rubies fell as we ran up a lost stairway to a giant room. "I AM KING DIAMONDMAN III!" a booming voice said, and we looked around to see a throne. The king looked around and said, "I am King Diamondman III, and I will tell you what my grandfather King Diamondman I and my father King Diamondman II did not have the time to tell you.

This mine is under attack by the rain demon who vainly attempted to destroy this mine just a few days ago. This mine cannot be destroyed. Meet the future King Diamondman IV." Abruptly, a baby crawled into the room with a staff. The staff had a giant black diamond

and when the baby tapped the diamond on the ground, the ground rumbled and in came sentinel diamond robots. "Come, jump in!" said Diamondman, and we raced down the stairway, back into the ravine, and up a ramp until we appeared in a deep circular room. Rows of diamond robots sat hundreds of feet above them, and a man stood tied to a wooden board in the middle of the room.

"You, Rainman XXVII, have set a rain demon upon these emerald-like grounds, which results for a lifetime sentence in our emerald prison-no, literally, the prison is made of emeralds-and you go now."

A diamond robot went out of the crowd and flew down to unhook Rainman XXVII. Suddenly, though, Rainman ran out the grasp of the diamond robot and disappeared down the ramp and into an arena. The arena was a small, oval-shaped room. Rainman XXVII threw one hundred rain demons into the arena. Soon, the rain demons had spread all around the world and only three were left.

Rainman ducked as the sword from the transforming anvil from the last book slashed through the air. A rain demon threw a giant beam of rain at the king, who blasted red diamonds back at it.

The diamonds knocked the water into the ground. "Oops," said King Diamondman III, "those were sentinel diamond robot spawners." Suddenly, each diamond robot latched onto a rain demon, and the three rain demons exploded into puddles. Liam, King Diamondman III and I escaped, but Rainman wasn't that lucky...

The rain demons were still out there! We ran out of the arena and onto the diamond robots. We flew up and our diamond robots dug through the ceiling until we were out into the field where this extremely literal field trip started up. Liam saw a flash of rain appear, and he kicked his diamond robot.

It sped up so fast that when he zoomed into a rain demon, the robot's sharp end sped through the rain and the rain demon collapsed, short-circuiting the diamond robot with an explosion the size of a city. Another rain demon then fell into the radius, exploding upon contact as Liam fell from the sky straight into the waiting arms of my diamond robot.

A diamond landed on King Diamondman III's head, who flopped onto his diamond robot, out cold. "Uh..." said Liam, "how the flip are we supposed to get out of here now?" The diamond robots raced across the field until a great tower stood in our way. We went into the first

floor, which was completely destroyed. We looked at a broken elevator, and took it up.

SOON...

"Food..." said Liam, as the diamond robots threw donuts on the ground. "FOOOOOOOOOOOD!" Suddenly, the elevator boomed, "Floor 1,893,462. Destination." The building toppled as it passed. "Hey, is that an exit sign?" asked Liam, pointing at a sign in bold under a door - EXIT. Liam opened the door into a corridor. 'Welcome to...' a sign said-'the mantle of the Moon.'

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

Liam ran out of the corridor, just in time to faint.

The tower rumbled and shook and abruptly collapsed. The building's many floors crumbled down until the 1,893,462nd floor was sitting on the ground.

SOME TIME LATER...

Destination." "Ooh, Jupiter," said Liam, as an asteroid flew from the empty space into the building, which tilted and exploded and made the biggest crash in the history of the world. The building exploded with a great boom.

We fell and fell and fell, Diamondman III flying down with us. An asteroid hit Diamondman and he flew into the explosion of the building. "LONG LIVE KING DIAMONDMAN IV!" we shouted, holding up the one-month-old baby. "mmmmaaaammmmaaaa," gurgled the baby.

"YEEEEEEEEeeaAAAAAAaAaAAAH!" we said.

A hole in the ground looking suspicious was just a few feet ahead. "Look," said Liam, "It's the kids that survived the explosion." We peered down. "Um, I'll leave you to it." Rainman fell from the sky, saying "Rain, rain, don't go away, come again, like, every day-"

"Little diamond wants to play, Rainman, Rainman, go away!" interrupted Liam, and he commanded his diamond robot with the simplest, but grimmest word:

"Kill."

The diamond robot extended out metal arms and grabbed Rainman around his neck.

Rainman started to turn blue, but suddenly, he shot a beam of water into the circuit of the diamond robot, and it exploded, but not quick enough. Rainman XXVII used his water beam to, once again, fly into the clouds.

Liam punched the ground, soon digging a hole into a deep cavern. "JUMP!" said Liam, and his word echoed in the cavern as he took the plunge.

We jumped in the cavern and saw Liam limping to a rabbit. "ffffoooolllllooooow mmmeeeeeeee..." said the rabbit. "My hip broke," said Liam, "but my hop's still intact!" And he

bounced away to the rabbit.

Suddenly, ten rain demons fell onto our heads. "Wow, the rain is really pouring today," said Liam. The rain demons attacked, but Liam threw his sword and stabbed a rain demon, beheaded another, and disarmed a third. Soon, the room was flooding from the dead bodies of rain demons, and Liam said "Time is but a diamond in the rain." He threw a diamond into the battle, and the room exploded in a flash.

Covered in ashes, Liam and I escaped the room. Diamonds fell from the sky like rain and we hid and dug a burrow under a giant emerald marked "HOUSE OF EMERALD MINER/SLICK."

After we put the crying King Diamondman IV to sleep, we watched through a hole drilled in the side of the emerald a rain demon attacking a neighborhood and destroying houses. Liam threw his sword out, but it stabbed into the wall of a house in the neighborhood. His sword magically came back, though, with a slam of King Diamondman IV's black diamond staff. The black diamond, though, exploded into smithereens and King

Diamondman IV cried so loud, he destroyed the bunker.

The rain demon headed out with three of its friends. They destroyed the emerald and shot bolts of rain in the bunker. "Wait," I said, "doesn't water act as a glue for colored diamonds?" "Yeah!" said Liam, and we stuck out the broken staff to the rain demons. The demons blasted the staff intact, and it flew into Diamondman IV's waiting arms, and the four feared friends exploded into puddles of rain. Soon, Rainman XXVII appeared with another villain, it seemed, as he said, "Meet Firethrower DCCLXXVIII. The Firethrowers have been around way before the Rainmen, about thirty thousand years, to be exact. Here's the thing, though.

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO STOP THE RAIN DEMONS!!!!!!!!!!!"

The BAttle Of Flame Vs. Rain

Firethrower burnt a small village to ashes with a clap of his hand, and black diamonds poured out of every opening in his body, and, vomiting diamonds, he sunk down and got smashed by a rain blast from Rainman. "Well," said Liam, "the next Firethrower we'll see is DCCLXXIX!" But abruptly, fire demons rose out of the ground, and, like Liam said, so did Firethrower DCCLXXIX.

Fire started burning houses and flames sprouted from the ground. Diamonds burned, rain demons evaporated, and Rainman, triggered, threw millions of rain demons out into the ground. Soon, fog ran around Firethrower, and he blasted the fog back with fire. Rainman jumped at Firethrower, extinguishing the flames and knocking Firethrower into his own flaming pit, pinned to the side of the wall, stabbed by a stalagmite resting by the side of the wall. But instead of blood pouring from Firethrower, fire erupted from his insides and burned the pit farther, swallowing the neighborhood and Firethrower DCCLXXX fell from a vortex on the floor of a cavern. Fire was blasted into the cavern as a battle erupted into chaos.

Liam grabbed two swords and burnt the blades into two swords of pure fire. Firethrower grabbed a flaming sword, I followed, and King Diamondman IV grabbed one, just to smash it with his black diamond staff. The staff, though, broke into a million pieces and exploded. As black diamonds rained onto the cavern floor, swords clashed, stalactites fell, and rocks flew off the cavern walls before a great explosion knocked King Diamondman IV onto a fiery rock formation. He ran, on fire, out of the cavern and disappeared into a natural stairway and a rock almost hit him...

Two swords clashed on fire as Firethrower threw his sword and it flew like a boomerang, halving Firethrower and flying into the cavern walls. After Firethrower died, Liam grabbed the blade off of a Steeveey and slit some rain demons with it. I saw a pearl on the ground and picked it up. It flashed white and said, "Throw me on the cavern wall, and get a great surprise."

"Liam, look at this!" I said, pointing to the wall. I threw it and...

A vortex appeared at the very point the pearl was, and we all jumped in.

THIRTY YEARS LATER

On the other side of the vortex, Superfire Steeveey shot flamethrowers into the vortex, explosions exploded, and diamonds fell from the sky as swords clashed against the fiery sword of Steeveey. Steeveey dropped his gun and grabbed Rainman by his neck. As Rainman choked,

a dark, black-cloaked figure appeared, took a chipped black diamond staff out, and threw it at Steeveey. Steeveey took the blow straight to his face, where a giant drop of rain the size of a mansion crushed him. "KING DIAMONDMAN IV!" we shouted, running at the king. Steeveey slowly woke and shot flames and Rainman and Diamondman shot bolts of water out. A great explosion knocked Rainman straight into a barrel. We ran out to see him. "Go..." Rainman said. "The vortex must be fixed. Survive..." "The Rainmen are over. There is no heir. There... is... no..." and slowly, the seventy-four year old man flew into fire and burned, "THERE IS NO HEEEEEIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIRRRRRRRRRRR! THERE is no heir,,,"

Rainman's body shot out flames as his bones flew into the sky and shot like projectiles into Superfire Steeveey's body. His body set on fire and exploded as he screamed "FIRE-A! FIRE-A!!!!!" He died.

Suddenly, his body came back but was made out of fire. The fire was thirty feet tall and threw flaming rocks at them. They ducked as everything exploded and shot me and Liam into the air. The ground shook as we went up and blasted into a village. The village was bustling with villagers that had their hands held out, waiting for something. Suddenly, the ground shook and a clear-colored cloud appeared and flooded the village with red

diamonds. "Diamonds!" said the villagers, as diamonds crushed their skulls. "Well, that's why this town has the most deaths of any village on both sides of the vortex."

Superfire Steeveey grabbed a pack of three dozen swords and melted them together, grabbing the mega-sword and slashing it through the air. We ran as Steeveey's blade went through the air and stabbed Diamondman IV. "Here..." he said. "The staff..." He pulled out a small baby from his coat pocket, sucking on a bottle of milk. "Have the heir. Raise him with the hospitality in which you raised me, and he will become King Diamondman V. You are the Monarchy of Hiddenite's last hope..." And he died.

We ran with the new baby and hid in a house. We found some bread, and gave the bread to the new baby. "Come on!" we said, and baby crawled out to the front door. "Look, a stroller!" said Liam, and the baby went on his way. It was raining in a thunderstorm, but the ground was also on fire. The small village that got drenched in diamonds burned and got destroyed by oversized drops of rain. We ran to a nearby hut in the middle of nowhere, and as the small hut burned in the fiery, thundering night sky, King Diamondman V fell slowly asleep, we grabbed the swords from the first book and ran out of the hut at Steeveey.

Steeveey went out on a rampage and burnt the whole world down. We grabbed the sleeping baby and ran, just as Steeveey demolished the hut and threw the remainder into the ashes of the main village. We ran into the woods, where Steeveey could not see us. Looking around, we saw the vortex that we got in in. We tried to jump in, but suddenly, Steevey appeared and tied Liam to the wood of a fallen tree, and burned the sides. "HAW! HAW! HAW! It won't be long until both sides burn and he is dead. HAW! HAW! HA-" I grabbed him, hands burning, and threw him into the vortex. I ran up to the wood, and untied him. We safely got into the vortex. We sat for minutes in a quickly revolving circle, until we

until we appeared on the other side, in the cavern below the neighborhood that the battle at the end of the last book took place in. We grabbed a sword and threw it at Steevey, who's arm was sliced cleanly off in a burst of fire and ash.

Steeveey grabbed a slab of metal and melted it into a new hand. Placing it on his hand, the villain watched as the glove magically wove into the fire and worked just like new, burning into the normal arm of fire that he used every day. We hid in a hole as Steeveey set the

cavern to flames. Suddenly, the hole shook, and the ground opened up, and we fell and fell and fell, Diamondman V following. We appeared in a small room with a run-down lift. A sign said 150 FOOT DROP. Do Not Go. Core Of The Earth. We looked at the sign for two seconds, and hit the Surface button on the lift. We started slowly going up... into an arena with Steeveey in it! We hid as Steeveey threw rocks and slabs of metal at us. Liam jumped onto Steeveey with a bucket of cold water, and he screamed and was put out. He landed on the ground, reignited, and stepped on Liam. A flash of flame, an explosion of ash, and Liam was not there. "LEEEEEEEEEEEEEM!" I screamed, looking at the pile of

ashes. Suddenly, Liam fell from the sky with a sword and threw it onto Steeveey's head. "RUN! RUUUUUUUN!" we shouted, running in every direction as Steeveey threw fireballs everywhere. We ran and ran as we talked. "I teleported. I got to the Hiddenite mine before Steeveey's brother, Superwater Steeeveeey, got me and made me drink gallons of water. I narrowly escaped by making a ginormous vomit that killed Steeeveeey, before jumping into this cavern." "Wow," I said. We got to a house and opened the front door. We walked in and said "It looks like nobody lives here." We got to the bed of the small house, where an alarm clock said 11:36 pm.

We got under the blankets and fell asleep...

3:43 am.We were jolted awake by the sound of a creaking floorboard farther up the house. We got out of bed and looked out at an extremely old and wrinkled face. "HOW DARR YUU CUME TU MI HOUS WIHOUUT INNVITAATSHIN?! I AM REINMAN XXIX, ANN I DOO NO WAT VISITRORS INSID MI HOUS WEN I DOO NO

KNOO.- sorry, something was stuck in my throat- I am Rainman XXIX, and I do not want visitors inside my house when I do not know." He grabbed an axe and tied us to two wooden slabs. He started to tie the axe to a rope. He grabbed a torch and burnt both sides of the rope. Slowly, the axe fell down towards the wooden slabs.

We watched as the axe slowly fell to kill. We grabbed the axe, put it on the torch, set the axe on fire, and threw both items into the fireplace. A great fire arose, and we quickly ran out of the house.

We looked as Rainman's house burned. He was stuck in his corroding bedroom, watching in horror as his bed caught on fire and started to slowly catch on fire. His clothes turned to ash, and he died looking up at the early morning sky. We ran and we ran and fell in a hole. Rainman's house exploded as we fell...

We looked at the big room that appeared, and saw an elevator on the other side. We got in and let it do its stuff. It slowly took us to the top, before exploding at the surface of the Earth and flying thousands of feet into the sky. "This is not a good eleva-" BOOOOOOOOM! We fell into a room made of gold, and crashed through it to the roof of an underground house. We crashed through floor after golden floor of the house, until the elevator cracked in half down about ten dozen floors. We looked around at golden walls, golden furniture, golden TVs, golden tables and golden chairs, golden books, golden phones and computers, golden refrigerators, everything was gold.

We stood up and looked out a golden window, seeing a sheer drop of miles. "This must have cost trillions of dollars," said Liam. "And I think this is the wrong vortex," I replied. Suddenly, there was a whooshing sound and a soulsucker grabbed a golden chair and threw it at us. It blew through a window, crushing it and falling with a thud after ten minutes.

We jumped out of the window at the sight of the soulsucker. As we fell, we saw a room with three soulsuckers playing Minecraft. I grabbed onto the windowsill, but Liam kept falling. I grabbed my sword off my belt and stabbed a soulsucker.

The other two ripped pieces of ice off the sill, and used hot water to melt the foot-long icicles into spears. "Getting smarter, are you?" I said. "I guess not!" I cut the icicles in half as the soulsuckers looked in astonishment. "Yeah."At the soulsuckers' utter amazement, I cut their golden PC cleanly in half. The soulsuckers started crying as they were decapitated in one swift stroke of a sword, but it was not mine. "dada?" said a soft voice behind me, and I looked to see King Diamondman V. "Where were you in the last book?" I asked.

We heard a thud on the ground, and we ran down a long spiral staircase until we found something.

                THREE DAYS LATER

Turns out, the something was Liam's leg. We saw him laying, unmoved, on the ground of the skyscraping mansion. "OH, NO!" said King Diamondman, sympathetic as any baby king. We took him to the 349,930th floor to the

CYBORG CRAFTERS SHOP

and threw him in the machine.

"huh?" said Liam, waking up on a stiff wooden board. "You fell off the top floor of the mansion. Idiot," I replied. "You have been put in the body of a robot, or a cyborg." "AAAAAAAH!" screamed Liam. We walked him to the staircase. Metallic thuds banged on the floor and attracted hundreds of soulsuckers. "RUN!" we shouted, but the soulsuckers were no match for King Diamondman V. He stuck out his hand, holding a ball inside his hand. "This is a Power Orb. It was inside King Diamondman I's diamond throne. The reason that he died trying to get to his throne in such haste is

because he didn't want the precious orb to catch fire. The orb called to me inside the grave of my great-great-grandfather, and I just had to take it out." He threw the orb at the soulsuckers. They looked at the orb, and exploded. "Since when did that kid-" started Liam, but I interrupted with "You were out for ten years. Diamondman is a tween and I am in my early fifties, and you are too." We ran down to the bottom of the mansion, and Diamondman threw his orb at the ground. We teleported up to the surface. Superfire Steeveeys, yes, multiple Superfire Steeveeys, were destroying the world. We looked in horror at a Steeveey in a city, next to a building thousands of feet tall.

It was black and pieced together by black bricks. Steeveey hit the building, and it fell, expanding on all sides, and crushing Steeveey, it exploded in the night sky.

We found Liam miles away from the crater, bruised metal expanding from his rubber cyborg body. He touched a button on his cyborg, and turned into a white ball before popping out fully repaired.

We ran and we ran and we stopped when we saw a, well, saw! A saw was cutting wood into a ball, and it looked almost finished. We ran, but it started rolling faster

than us. Me and King Diamondman V got away, but Liam was crushed. Liam's cyborg body exploded out, and he came out of the explosion back to normal.

We started running once again, and saw the big mansion. King Diamondman grabbed a sword from the ground and threw it at the mansion. It swung, the foundation rocking, and crushed into the side of the small borehole it was in, exploding as we ran. A giant boom rocked the ground, and as we ran, the ground split in two and killed a Steeveey that was trying to hit us. We saw four Steeveeys on opposite sides, and ran before the ground crumbled and killed everything...

We looked at a shining portal, but knew it was out of our reach. Steeveeys, dozens of Steeveeys, were defending the portal. We saw the Steeveeys and took out our swords. King Diamondman V threw his sword, beheading a Steeveey. We ran away, but the Steeveeys were too much. We saw an exit, and so we exited. There was a man holding a sword in front of us, rocking in a wheelchair. "No." A Steeveey was standing next to him. "YES!" said the man, stabbing the Steeveey and making

it scream. The world shook, slowly cracking. We ran to the man with the sword, but he seemed to have thought of us as Steeveeys, for he cut Diamondman V's arm off. "NEVER," said Liam, grabbing the sword from the man,

"HURT KINGS OF HIDDENITE WITH US." And with a swipe of the sword, the man was dead.

We looked at an empty portal room. We walked up to the portal, King Diamondman's arm bleeding profusely. We jumped in the portal, not looking at what was on the other side. Suddenly, King Diamondman V's blood flow stopped, and drops of blood from the wound were frozen into his severed arm. "Frigid," said Liam.

"It's cold," said Liam, looking at the surrounding area.

Buses were overturned and a house in front of them was covered in snow.

We looked at the cold area around us, eyeing collapsed buildings and frozen churches. We got into a car, started the engine, and looked as the engine popped on and ice thawed off the windshield. We got to a house, but when we opened the door, a great explosion shook the entire house and it collapsed, sending us flying into feet of snow.

We got to the house's backside, where Superfire Steeveey was sitting by a fire, eating it like ice cream.

The Steeveey got bigger and bigger with every bite, but when the fire was put out, Steeveey noticed us! Steeveey grabbed a sword that was frozen and slashed it through the air. Liam stuck his tongue out, and he latched onto the blade perfectly. As the Steeveey thrashed around, trying to get Liam off, Liam took his own sword out and cut Steeveey cleanly in half.

His body then was put out by the extreme cold, turning into a heap of frozen metal. So," said Liam, "we learned two things today. One, Steeveeys are robots. Two, they can also survive extreme cold by eating fire like fuel."

We got back into the car. When we got in, Liam suggested we take the Cold City Skyrise. "Cold City Sky-what?" I asked? "The Cold City Skyrise. I saw it on a sign. It's a bridge to the next city, which is, according to the sign, a city with a rocket and launch pad so we can get out of this place! Anyway, it's supposed to be 1000 feet tall, and then a sheer drop at the end.

It's also supposed to be infested with Steeveeys, but in that case it would be fun to watch them die."

"Liam," I said after the explanation, "we can't do that with this car." We got to a mansion made of diamond. We took out a land mine and placed it on the front door.

The door was blasted off its hinges, smashing it into a window. We slipped into the cupboard behind the stairs because we heard a creaking sound. "WHO'S THERE..." bellowed a voice. "Liam," I whispered, "there's someone else in here." We looked out an air vent on the door and saw a man with an axe outside. The axe busted down walls and doors, searching for our spot. We climbed into a vent in the ceiling and watched as the door to our hiding spot came crashing down, but with nobody in it. Soon, we popped up on the second floor. We saw two people with a saw and another axe patrolling the place. We got back in the vent, slammed it shut, and jumped in.

BOOM!

A giant explosion rocked the mansion. "There's other men on the second floor..." We walked up the air vent to the men. We looked and saw thousands of glimmering diamonds behind the men. "We don't want to do this," said Liam. The men held their weapons tightly. We got our swords out from our belts. The weapons clashed and slashed through the night. Liam ended the battle quickly by grabbing the two men by their shirt collars, using the second man's saw to drill a hole in the floor and the ceiling, then dragging them up the stairs to the third floor, and finally throwing them down. For a split second, they were screaming, and then went quiet.

We grabbed the diamonds and left the mansion. We went back into our car, diamonds in trunk. We saw a sign in front of a building that said:

Ever want to go on the Cold City Skyrise and get to another land in the rocket? Buy this amazing car!

We entered the building. Soon, we got to the front of the line and said, "Here is 1,293 diamonds for the golden car." We went out to the parking lot and grabbed the car. Suddenly, we stopped the car when a scream was emitted from the car dealership. We went in and saw a Steeveey burning the

building. "NO." Liam beheaded the Steeveey and we ran back into the car. We drove for miles, almost an hour drive with Liam shotgun until we found a Steeveey. He cut our car in half. We ran to the back of the 4-row van, looking at the explosion. Liam saw the explosion just as a Steeveey overturned the car and we went flying out. We saw the sea hundreds of feet below us, passing the top of the bridge and slowly rolling down. We got caught on the back of another car and drove down. Soon, Steeveeys were chasing us, shooting out fire and lava onto the bridge. Suddenly, the bridge split in half exactly, sending hundreds of cars plummeting hundreds of feet into the sea.

We finally got to the other island where we jumped in a nearby taxi and made it all the way to a house. It had no cars and was only one room small and looked deserted. We saw a man wielding two swords in the only room of the house. We grabbed our own swords, and the fight was on!

We ducked as he threw his swords, and they came back in one piece, attached by the hilt. He threw his duo-sword in a spiral position, and it came back and stabbed him and his chair. We ran to the rocket launch pad, and went in when no-one was looking. We saw the control panel and the boosters, spacesuits and windows.

We got settled in and took beds, pillows, clothes, and food from the rocket and set them in the living space. "We're gonna alternate every 5 hours on who's flying."

We pressed a big red button on the ship and a big explosion happened below us.

BOOOOOOOOM!

"TO THE MOON AND BACK!!!!!!!!!!" cried Liam.

The rocket blasted into space. "We can make it back to

Earth!" I said, just as a great explosion rocked the ship. We looked and saw other rockets shooting bullets at our ship. "Oh, no," said Liam. Our ship was cut into three pieces. The rockets were on a different piece, so we fell and crash-landed on the Moon. We looked at the Moon's boring features of craters and rock, eyeing the destruction of our spacecraft. We jumped, flying tens of feet above the ground. We hopped over to a flag, uprooting it and using it as a weapon. Suddenly, something shook the Moon. A saucer-like ship landed on the moon and out came a laser blast. It created a hole in the ground and out came three aliens.

Two aliens grabbed Liam and threw him into the saucer. An alien went to fight me. He took out a knife made of some sort of yellow metal, and clashed against my sword. With one swift stroke of my sword, the alien's head came clean off and he lied on the ground, unmoving. I jumped in the saucer as it flew up and hid in its closet. I ate some food in it, and when I busted open the door, Liam was in a bedrock jail cell and aliens were patrolling the cage. I took out my sword. It then stabbed straight through the heads of five aliens, sticking them together. I grabbed the sword out with a slimy sound and they all fell to the ground. Twelve other aliens noticed me, and they ran at me.

I took my sword out and stabbed an alien. Three aliens came at me and I beheaded them all in one stroke of my sword. The remaining eight aliens grabbed me, but I stabbed them all. But, when I dislodged my sword, only seven fell. The eighth just laughed, took out a key and as Liam looked in amazement, shoved me in. Liam tried to escape for the split second the door was open, but when the aliens shoved me in I fell on Liam and got knocked clean out. We were jolted awake as the ship rocked. We saw rockets titled Cold City Spaceways. We saw them shooting space bullets at the saucer, the aliens within the ship squealing outside the bedrock bars. We took out a sword and cut through a bar, looking at the alien

that survived. We threw our sword and it cut the necklace holding the key in half. The key fell on the ground right outside the cell. Liam grabbed it and busted us out. He grabbed our sword just as the alien took two swords out of its ears. He slashed his swords on ours, and the battle begu-"Wait!" cried Liam. "Where is King Diamondman?"

IN COLD CITY...

"NOOOOOOOO!" King Diamondman V, blood still stuck to his arm stump, was screaming at the rocket which had departed merely minutes ago.

He had ran away after they found the Steeveey behind the exploding house, and got over the Skyrise by walking for hours. He then had missed the rocket by mere seconds, watching it fly into the night sky. He was stranded!!! He jumped in another rocket and flew out to space.

We slashed and crashed against the alien's blade, sucka-punching him along the way. We ran at the alien, throwing multiple sword attacks before we stabbed him once again. Once again he laughed and threw his sword.

We ran back into the cell when the ship got blasted by laser beams from another ship. The ship caught fire in several places, and the ship broke in half. The alien was screaming as we plummeted into the Moon once again. We fought the alien in the burning ship. As the ship burned and crumbled on us, the alien fighting, King Diamondman safely making it to earth, diamonds falling from the sky, battles happening as we watched. We took the alien and grabbed him, knocking him onto the edge of the broken ship, overlooking space. He was toppling over the edge when he fainted, the grip on his sword softening as it fell into empty space. I grabbed my sword and cut him clean in half, his parts flipping into the void.
