There once was a little duckling living at a pond. Her name was Hallie. Hallie lived happily with her mother. Everyday was perfect. Hallie loved to swim in the pond and have fun with her other friends. Hallie loved her mother and she couldn't have asked for a better mom.

"I love you so much mommy!"

"I love you too Hallie!"

But one day, Hallie woke up to find herself lost! She couldn't find her mother anywhere at the pond or in the forest. Hallie wondered where her mother could be.

"Mommy! Where are you?"

Hallie then decided to go on a journey to find her way back to her beloved mother. After all, she only had one mother. Hallie prepared to stop at nothing till she found her mom.

"I'm going to find my mommy and I will stop at nothing!"

Hallie embarked on her journey...

Hallie went to the pond first. She unfortunately was not able to find her mother, but a kind frog lady had come up to her. The kind frog lady was curious as to what a small duckling was doing all alone.

The kind frog lady felt as though she had to care for the scared duckling. She gave Hallie some leftover worms to eat since she could sense Hallie was very hungry and tired from her long journey. Hallie was also offered a comfy and nice place to sleep.

"Thank you kind frog lady!"
