In part I we read that the grandfather returned the monkey to the tong driver for the sum of three rupees because he could not afford the frequent loss of dishes, clothes, curtains and wallpapers.




After selling the monkey grandfather went back to his home. The next day, a smart looking gentlemen named Sam crossing by the tong driver saw a mischievous monkey eating a banana. Sam thought that he should add this little fellow to his zoo.
I should add this monkey to my zoo.





Sam bought the monkey for the sum of ten rupees. He took the monkey and went to his zoo. There he kept the monkey with the other monkeys
and he went to Dehradun for his work.
