Childhood:
Hawking began his schooling at the Byron House School in Highgate, London. He later blamed its "progressive methods" for his failure to learn to read while at the school. Education:
Hawking attended two independent (i.e. fee-paying) schools, first Radlett School and from September 1952, St Albans School, after passing the eleven-plus a year early. Hawking was diagnosed with a very bad disability. Hawking had a rare early-onset slow-progressing form of motor neuron disease (also known as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), or Lou Gehrig's disease), a fatal neurodegenerative disease that results in the death of motor neurones in the brain and spinal cord, which gradually paralysed him over decades.
How did he overcame all his problems:
He was a good scientist, so he made a chair to move and a software so he could speak with his disability. He married and got sons with his wife. He could overcame all his problems.

He contributed a lot to the world of science with his research of the black holes. His research was so good that he helped a lot of people to find information about black holes.
