What is a battery? What is it used for? Batteries can be used for all sorts of things like for your TV remote, your Iphone, or even to power a car. A battery is like a container and it contains electricity and it is converted into a source of power.

A complete circuit is like a loop. It goes from one battery to a light and back to the battery while making a complete loop.
Conductors of electricity are most commonly metal. Metal allows the electrical current to travel to and from objects with no problem at all.
Electrical charge has to do with positive and negative electrons. If a electron looses atoms it becomes a positive electron. When a electron gains atoms it becomes a negative electron.

An electric circuit is like a circle. Electricity travels from the light bulb to the switch and to the battery to turn the light on.
Electrical current is the flow of electrical charge. The charge can travel to a light bulb, a light switch, or anything you could imagine.

An incomplete circuit is just what it sounds like incomplete. This is when there is a a break in the line.

Insulators are poor conductors. Heat goes through materials with air pockets so materials like wool, glass, and plastic are bad conductors.
