On Earth Lilo and her sister Nani are having problems with a social worker who wants the best for Lilo, so he wants to take her away from Nani.

Lilo feels like she does not fit in this society, so she wants a new friend, someone who understands her.

Stitch was hurt and ends in a dog pound, then Lilo goes there and adopts Stitch.

After having punched the social worker in his face, Lilo tries to change Stitch behavior into doing good things while Nani is trying to find a new job.
