Dedicating this book to our Dad on his Birthday as he loves his Dog Charlie so much!

        Happy Birthday Dad :)

One day a kid named Deepak watched an ad about a dog that can be adopted. He asked his dad if they can adopt the dog. Dad thought it was a good Idea so they brought the dog home.

Then Deepak asked his mom if he can name the dog Charlie. She said 'Okay! You can name him Charlie'. He asked the dog if he wanted to be named Charlie. The dog barked in an excited voice so they named him 'Charlie'.

Deepak went upstairs to his brother Prem's room to show him their new Dog. Charlie licked Prem's face as he liked him.

Then it was night time, so Deepak took a shower and then gave his dog a bath. He made a special bed for Charlie. Then he brushed his teeth and slept with Charlie in the same room.

Then it was morning, so Deepak brushed his

teeth and took a shower. Then he said 'Bye' to his parents and gave a hug to the dog. He then went to school along with his brother. 

At School, Deepak worked on math, reading, science, and writing.  When the school is done, they all went home.

When Deepak came home, mom gave him some food to eat. He ate and gave Charlie some dog food in his favorite bowl. Then Deepak finished his homework and took a small nap.
