A long time ago, on a cool summer day, the animals in the forest came up with a great idea. 

They wanted to throw a party!

The birds and squirrels went to the trees and painted them with pictures of vibrant flowers.

The animals on land found different fruits they've never seen before.

Sadie the squirrel saw all of the vibrant decorations and wanted to join in. 

However, she's very clumsy, so the other animals don't always like her doing things.

Sadie picked up the paint and climbed up the tree to paint the branches.

But then her foot caught on a stick and she tripped, spilling the paint over all of the trees

Oh no!

Sadie panicked and scrambled down the tree, knocking all of the leaves down in the process. 

Now the forest floor was covered in bright red and yellow leaves.
