It is located in several strategic areas of the city, such as Pedro Carbo and 9 de Octubre Street and Francisco de Orellana Avenue.
Without a doubt, the first thing that catches your attention about the place is its cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The tables are separated by a prudent space so that people eat their meals in confidence, the evening is accompanied by very relaxing music that makes you feel better after a long day.
The food could not be absent, one of their most popular specialties and dishes are "caldo de bola" and "moros en la costa", a dish which was given that name for having lentil moro accompanied by seafood with white sauce; a complete delight and it should be noted that it is the restaurant's most popular dish.
The negative is that customer service is slow and in several times there are not enough staff to properly serve people.
To conclude, I can say that if you are looking for a place with exquisite dishes and a comfortable atmosphere, I recommend you go to Cocolón.

A place where you can find a quality barbecue with very good service in the city of Guayaquil is at the Parrillada del Ñato. This restaurant is characterized by the quality of food that is prepared there despite the years of the restaurant. You can find their premises in the busiest sectors of the city such as, in North Kennedy and in the center of the city.
The first thing that catches the attention of the restaurant is its infrastructure, it is very modern but with a comfortable and perfect environment for meetings, it even has an area with plants ideal to work while you eat part of the menu or simply the house special, the double grills.
Lunches are according to age or the number of people, there are stronger dishes such as grilled sea bass or lighter dishes such as asparagus soups. Without leaving aside the specialty that are the arrilladas there are for a single person or family that come with different types of meat.
The negative is that since it fills up too quickly during the week, customer service is poor and takes time, in addition to the fact that the available tables fill up quickly.
In conclusion, this barbecue is ideal for those who want to be in a fresh environment and eat quality dishes, especially if you like meat.
