"How to Assemble a Gingerbread House"

Ho Ho Ho! Happy Holidays! One of my favourite Christmas activities is to build a gingerbread house! Here's how I like to build mine!

1. Using icing, attach one of the side walls to one of the 'peaked' walls. Position the side wall on the inside of the peaked wall.

2. Next, copy the first step by attaching the other side wall and peaked wall.

3. Press and hold everything together for a few minutes. After letting go, let the gingerbread house dry for at least one hour before continuing.

4. Put icing along the one side of the roof and attach to top of the side of the gingerbread house.
