Johnnys parents have found him in the kitchen And in the living room but Johnny doesn’t realize that he is leaving his bed at night what Johnny is doing is called sleepwalking.

The sleeping fairy whispers in Johnny’s ears so that he can wake up right before the sleepwalking happening she does this every night she calls it a scheduled awakening this helps so Johnny gets more sleep every night.
When she leaves Johnnys house to go into the next town she gets a call from the fairy office.


The fairy wanted to call her to let her know that there’s a new child in town and that they have something called insomnia which means that they can’t fall asleep that easily insomnia isn’t normally common in children but it also can happen.
To help Lilly fall asleep the sleeping fairy told her to turn off all devices 30 minutes before she goes to sleep and to do you calming activities 20 minutes right before she has to fall asleep.
The next day Lily did everything the sleeping fairy said and she slept the best she had in week.

The same day in the fairy’s Office she was going over a case where a child that has restless leg syndrome what this means is that the child cannot stop moving there leg.

Another case that she was looking at was a girl that had sleep apnea this caused her to snore and breathe through her mouth when she sleeps.
To help her get better sleep the sleep fairy tells hers she should talk to he parents about Positive airway pressure therapy to help breathe better at night.
He has an iron deficiency that causes his RLS to be a little bit worse The sleep airy tells him to take vitamins to help him.
The sleeping fairy has noticed that a lot of kids have bad habits that don’t help them sleep at night like staying up and watching tv a good habits are being on a sleeping schedule and not watching tv right before bed.

She has also noticed that when where sleep that the brain gets restored by flushing out all the toxins and starting over in away that’s why sleep is so important.
Sleep also restores the body Because when your sleeping your heart gets to take a break and your body gets to relax more.
