Once upon a time, a family of squirrels woke very early in the morning to look for something to eat. The tree where they used to find many nuts was dying because there was not enough water for it, the river had very little water.

One day, the family of squirrels were jumping over the trees looking for more nuts, one of them fell down and a big rock knocked her unconscious. The family did not notice the accident until they got home. They started to look for her, but the forest was too big.

The little squirrel woke up very scared because she was alone, she immediately climbed a tree and stood on a branch trying to guess where she was.

The days passed, she started to feel hungry and thirsty. She climbed the tallest tree and looked a river close to her and a big tree full of nuts. She ran and, once in the river, drank a lot of water and ate many nuts.

She was sad because she had lost her family, and her family was still looking for her everywhere.

She thought “if I cut many nuts and leave them on the floor, my family will see them and follow the path to me.” She did so.
