Peter Parker is an ordinary teenage boy.

    He goes to school and has great grades.

        He has a crush on a girl named Mary-Jane,

But there's one thing that makes Peter Parker special.....

He is Spider-Man!

Spider-Man has special powers.

    He can climb on walls,

    He can shoot webs from his hands,

    He has super strength and he's very flexible.

All of these abilities allow Spider-Man to better help New York City.

Peter delivers Pizza to make some money. He also works at the daily bugle as a photographer. Unlike other superheroes, Peter still has simple responsibilities like rent. 

One day, when Peter was delivering Pizza, he saw someone in need of help! Someone was being robbed in an alleyway! Peter quickly suited up as Spider-Man.

Peter sneakily crawled along the building, right above the robber. He stuck out his hand, and sent out at spider web shot at the robber. The web wrapped around the robber, constricting his movement.

A few moments later, police were on the scene. They took the robber away. "Thank you, Spider-man!" the woman cried out.

    "I'm just doing my job!" Responded Spider-Man, as he swung away.

Peter rushed off, picking up the pizza box he left for just a moment. He cut through the air as he swung from building to building.

                                                        *Swoosh*

When he finally arrived, he was late! The lady refused to pay for her food, and when Peter returned back to the pizza shop, he was fired!

Later that day, Peter planned to go to Mary-Jane's play. When he arrived, he found out he was late! Peter missed the play, and that made Mary-Jane sad.

Peter realized that being Spider-Man and Peter Parker was too much food on his plate. Peter went home, grabbed his Spider-Man Suit, and tossed it in the trash. Peter Parker would no longer be Spider-Man.

Peter... you missed my play.

Im sorry....

Peter, now free from his responsibility as Spider-man, was able to fully become Peter Parker.

His grades improved at school, 

he was able to see Mary Jane at her plays,

and he was able to get his jobs back.

I LOOOOVE being me!

Throughout the city, people began to notice Spider-Man's absence. Of those people were some bad guys, including Doc Ock! Doctor Otto Octavius  (Aka Doc Ock) was a scientist whose brain was taken over by the robotic arms attached to him. He robbed a bank to fund money for his dangerous invention. Without someone like Spider-Man, no one was able to stop him. Crime soon rose in the city....

No Spider-Man to stop me!

Peter went over to his Aunt May's house to have some lunch. Aunt May told him about this young boy in the neighborhood who was sad to see Spider-Man retire. That young boy looked up to Spider-Man, and wanted to be just like him when he grew up. Now that Spider-Man was gone, who was to be his role model now?
