Once upon a time, there was a beautiful village in a verdant forest surrounded by a lot of  trees  so everyone called it "Green Village".

In this beautiful village there were two sisters named Eylül and Nisan. Eylül was a very kind hearted, sweet-tongued and generous  girl on the contrary her sister Nisan was jealous, selfish and bad-hearted.

 One day Eylül's mother told her:

- Eylül, my beautiful girl, please go to the fountain and get some water that I can cook with it.

-Okay mum, she said. 

There was no water tap in the houses then so people met their freshwater needs from the nearest fountains.

Eylül got the water pan and went to the fountain to bring the water. When she arrived to the  fountain, she met an old woman.

The old woman asked for a glass of water from Eylül. 

- My beautiful  daughter,  can you give me a glass of water ? I’m too old to take it, she said.

- Of course,Eylül said kindly.

There was a glass by the fountains for those who came to drink. Eylül immediately filled the glass  and gave it to her. Grandma was very happy. 

 She started to pray for her: 

- What a good-hearted girl you are. From now on,  let violets, roses, gold, diamonds come from your mouth whenever you speak. Then suddenly she disappeared.

Eylül brought the water to the  home and told her mother what happened near the fountain. Roses, golds and diamonds were pouring from her  mouth while she was talking . Her mother was suprised but also happy because they were so poor.

Since Eylül was very generous, she distributed gold and diamonds to the poor in the village. Everybody was talking about this event.  Nisan was very jealous of her sister .

One day she also took a water pan to bring water and went to the fountain. There she started to wait for  the old woman. 

The old woman  came to the fountain a little later. This time she asked for a glass of water from Nisan.
