Sure young lady, If the Governor robs a convenience store, he or she will be charged like an ordinary citizen. He or she cannot be treated differently just because he is the Governor.

I am which the powers of the government is separated into 3 different branches. First, there is the Legislative Branch which makes laws. Then there is Executive Branch which carries out laws. Lastly, there is Judicial Branch which is to interpret laws.

I on the other hand in which each branch of government has the power to check the actions of the other 2 branches. Each branch has the power to counter the actions of the other 2 and thus prevent the entire government being controlled by any single branch. An example would be The President can veto a bill approved by the House of Representatives and Senate.

So your saying Congress can impeach and remove the President for improper conduct would be an example of Checks & Balances.

Hello, I am Popular Sovereignty. I am a which the principle of government that says that political power comes from the people. And don't forget the Preamble of the Constitution that begins with "We the People" that is Popular Sovereignty. And a great example would be voting like when America elected its first African American President in 2008. Lastly, popular sovereignty has people have the right to alter or abolish their government.
