On his way to school that morning, however, Pauly ran 

into some trouble with some of the other boys from 

school. They were always teasing him for being 

a boy with pink color. 

These bullies were Sammy the soccer ball, Vinny the volleyball, 

Bobby the baseball, and Billy the basketball. They were always 

giving Pauly trouble, but today they took it just one step too far.

When Pauly got to the top of the hill to go to 

school, these four boys started to beat him up after 

calling him names like "Pinky" and "Girly." Pauly 

could do nothing but scream in pain and wait for 

the hitting to stop.

Pauly was in so much pain that it was like an arrow 

had gone through his body. He then whispered 

under his breath, "I hope karma comes to get 

them."

The next day Pauly's favorite player Jimmy went out in the yard to 

hit a baseball with his dad. On the first pitch Jimmy swung as hard 

as he could and hit Bobby right in the nose. Bobby went soaring!

Bobby soared all the way into a thorn bush causing him to get a 

lot of scratches. He went home to his mom to get a lot of band-

aids and kisses. Bobby wasn't so tough after all.

Because he lost his baseball Jimmy decided to hit a volleyball 

around with his father. They were hitting it back and forth and back 

and forth until Jimmy hit one really high up in the air.

When the ball came down it 

landed right on the spike holding 

up the net, giving Vinny the 

volleyball a hole in his side. He 

screeched in pain, slowly feeling 

the air leak out of him.

He too went home to his mother to get band-aids 

and also to get more air. It seems as though Vinny 

was not as manly as we thought either.
