CIRCLE
It is the most common form we see in nature. The Moon, the Sun, and the irises of living things are in the form of a circle. That is why it was regarded as heavenly (divine) by ancient philosophers.
The circle shape of the eyeball has caused it to be perceived as a door to the soul. For the same reason, ancient scholars believed that planets should draw circular orbits attached to crystal spheres.

The sphere is the body with the most internal volume per unit surface area. Therefore, spherical objects retain heat in them for a long time. For the same reason, they take the form of a sphere of rain.
Sphere and circle are also organic looking shapes. The circle invites the gaze directly to the center. When we look at any circle, we automatically see its center. For this reason, target boards are made in circles.

Special effects producers in cinema often prefer circular or spherical shapes as markers in motion capture technology. This is because the position of the center of the sphere does not change regardless of the direction in which the sphere is viewed. This feature enables computers to calculate the three-dimensional coordinates of the point precisely. This simplifies calculations in photogrammetry technology that extracts coordinates from two-dimensional images.
